INTRODUCTION

ZN*2 is a concentrate of high molecular weight Polyisobutylene (PIB) tackifier in Linear Low Density. It is used as a cling agent to make stretch-wrap films from LLDPE or LDPE. Th e high

PIB content achieves its excellent cling property.



USAGE

ZN*2 is designed to produce stretch-wrap films from LLDPE, LDPE or for the applications of pallet-wrap and silage-wrap. It can be used on either blown film or cast film process. Polymers used with ZN*2 masterbatch must not contain any Anti-blocking additive, slip agent as this will prevent the migration of cling additive. Migration time for good cling properties is usually *4 to *2 hours.

Note:

During production, the speeder the film get s cool means stronger adhesion the film

surface is; and the more ZN 2 added in, the stronger adhesion get. Production thereafter,

should keep the film in a high temperature to enhance the adhesion as the storage time goes.



RECOMMENDED ADDITION

On monolayer blown film lines, 8% to *2%;

On monolayer cast lines, 2% to 4%;

On multiple-layer film lines, ZN*2 is usually added to the skin layers only. Dosage can be adjusted according to the thickness of which layer is used.

For PE cling film, 0.**1%.



PACKAGING & STORAGE

Packaging: *0kg/bag.

Storage: Keep the place dry with good ventilation. Avoid direct sunlight exposure, high

temperature, rain pour and heavy loading.
